C. TOURIST VISA:

3. Return flight ticket stating date of arrival and departure;

5. Bank statement of applicant;
6. Exact place(s) applicant intends to visit and local tour guide and hotel reservation;
7. Security clearance of applicant;
8. Security deposit (where necessary)
9. Valid passport;

D. TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENTS APPROVED BY COMPTROLLER GENERAL OF IMMIGRATION SERVICES – TWP & STR:
1. Duly completed Form IMM 22 (4 copies);

3. A formal request for entry permit / visa addressed to this
Mission by the applicant and employer in Nigeria;
4. Copies of offer of employment and letter accepting the offer;
5. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation of the Nigerian company;
6. Copy of quota approval;
7. Copies of vetted credentials and payment for authentication;
8. Security clearance of the applicant;
9. Valid passport;

E. GOVERNMENT APPOINTMENTS: FEDERAL AND STATE GOVERNMENT EXCLUDING CORPORATION EMPLOYEES AND TEACHERS
1. Four forms duly completed;
2. Four passport size photographs;
3. Two photostat copies of appointment letter and contract agreement between the applicant and the Government;
4. A formal request for entry permit / visa addressed to this Mission by the applicant;
5. Original plus four Photostat copies each of educational qualifications and work experience certificate;
6. Photostat copy of relevant pages of passport/travel document;
7. Security clearance;
8. Valid passport;

F. PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS, COMPANIES, HOSPITALS ETC. (INCLUDING SCHOOLS AND UNIVERSITIES)
1. A formal application letter from sponsor / employers to this Mission (4 copies);

4. A formal request for entry permit / visa addressed to this Mission by the applicant;
5. Photostat of appointment letter;
6. Letter of acceptance of offer of employment (4 copies);
7. Original plus four photostat copies each of educational qualifications;
8. Attested copies of valid expatriate quota approval from Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs through Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Mission;

G. WIVES AND CHILDREN JOINING HUSBAND / FATHER EMPLOYED UNDER SECTION D & E ABOVE
1. Four forms duly completed;
2. Four passport size photographs;
3. A formal request for entry permit / visa addressed to this Mission by the employer / sponsor together with an attested copy of the valid residence permit of the husband / father to the Mission. (Temporary Permit will not be accepted);
4. Letter of application and consent by husband / father in Nigeria on behalf of his dependant(s);
5. Marriage Certificate;
6. Birth Certificate for children where applicable;
7. Security clearance for adults;
8. Children under 16 years of age are required to complete only two forms. Children over 16 years should indicate what work they will be engaging in on arrival in Nigeria;

H. INVITATION TO NIGERIAN WIVES:

1. Two forms duly completed;

4. A formal request for entry permit / visa addressed to this Mission by the Nigerian husband accepting immigration responsibility;
5. Copy of marriage certificate duly authenticated;
6. Relevant pages of the husband’s Nigerian passport;
