PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

          The High Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in New Delhi wishes to inform all Nigerians in Diaspora, particularly those living in India,
          Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka that the Third Nigeria Diaspora Day and Fourth Science and Technology Conference is scheduled to take
          place from 23rd to 27th July, 2008 in Tinapa, Cross River State, Nigeria.

2.       The broad theme of the conference is “Nigeria and her Diaspora: Utilizing Science and Technology to Drive Vision 2020”. The theme is intended
          to create opportunities for the Nigerians in Diaspora to contribute to the developments of the road map to 2020 and to allow them to express what role
          they would play in actualizing the vision 2020.

3.        It is important to note that every participant will be responsible for his / her transportation while the government’s obligation is limited only to providing
           accommodation for the duration of the conference.

4.        It is also pertinent to observe that an online registration for individual participants has been opened on www.fmst-nnvs.com.
